In the meadow of silence, a deep silence that encapsulates the soul. An instance of peace and calmness. A sense of belonging to nature's sounds. As the stillness of mankind tunes to nature's resounding songs, a refreshing rejuvenation process is taking shape within ourselves. The love of mankind to nature that once was put in us in the beginning of time begins to brew back memories. As we silently listen to the chirps of magpies and cuckoos, nature's coolness of air brisks through our nostrils. A beauty of nature's wonder that catches the tracker with such ease. For God has made the wonders of nature to be his magnificent glory of creation. The art that none can contend against. Nevertheless, mankind in their wayward ways of greed has turned their backs from its preservation and conservation. The influence of riches and envious nature beguiled their hearts from preserving God's beauty. Is there anything left for the younger generations besides greenhouse gases, water and air pollution, heaps of rubbish in the seas, extinction of sea and land creatures, deforestation, and the like? Is there even anyone taking responsibility of such a global destruction? What would the younger generation see in the elders? Greed, corruption, destruction, deaths, evil, selfishness? Would they even thank the older generations for keeping the earth well for them? The very answer bores down to what the young ones would imprint upon the legacy of the aged. Though many do not see the importance due to the excuse of globalization or "progress", yet is there really progress when the earth is threaten? Is there even a use of globalization when the wrath of Mother Nature begins to destroy all progress? How did mankind become so lost and evil? How did they end up not understanding the effect of their decisions has come to so much destruction? Maybe someday, somewhere, someone would be able to churn in the importance of ones existence.
John 3:16
"For God so loved the world that He gave his only son that whosoever believe in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

Solutions
Ways to retain Millennials:
1) Ensure their basic needs are fulfilled; transport, accommodation, expenses to work.
2) Paying them the salary as requested instead of negotiating and lowering them as their dissatisfaction would continue to affect their work performance in the long run. As humans, they do feel cheated.
3) Continually reward them reasonably as they continue to profit the organization. Not petty cash.
4) A high income proves to be the best motivation in increasing their productivity. An investment.
5) Enforcing a work-life balance with a strictness in disciplined systematic approach to allow them to have their personal space of growth and hobbies.
6) Working well together as not just a team but also a family that truly cares for their future and long run.
7) Input quarterly bonuses to further retain the best of talents and ensuring their needs are taken care of.
8) Respect them for who they are, just as much as they respect you. It is not the title that matters instead, humane values.
9) They only want the best for everyone. Thus, they expect you to be yourself instead of "wannabe" like them.
10) Never ever "cut cost" on their wages because that is the worst thing to do.

Woes of Current Generation
The generation that has made it by storm is currently becoming a pressing issue to not only corporations but also towards various organizations. Millennials, they call them. A generation comprising of 30% of the global population and making their mark through their unsurpassed talents. This is a generation that is making their mark to be "leaders of tomorrow". The "well-branded" generation who have been provided with technological savvy gadgets; i-gadgets, smartphones, tablets, internet, open-network. A generation whom they call the "Me Generation" simply because technology has been part and parcel of their daily life. They have been hurled with many insults; lazy, undisciplined, disorganized, not capable, etc. However, if there is a chance to be in their shoes, would you label them the same again? A generation that is trapped with the unemployment bubble as the economic woes continue to bubble through globally. Staggering rise in human population has also lowered their per capita income as well as increasing the inflation level. Parading of women's rights have also contributed to the unemployment as more women are presiding over the executive departments. Take a step back and look at how property prices have soared by almost two times the value while salaries remain at an all time low as the supply of graduates simply lowers the price of the demand. Who is there to fend for their survival? Is there even an organization looking at this matter? Indeed, employers may deem them as "dysfunctional" but they are multitasking like never before whilst being paid at such a low expense. Then comes the Baby Boomers who still in need of their jobs as their life savings barely lasts them for another 10 years after retirement. Imagine, a generation that has to work on a job of three and paid at less than one. The inequality is simply too large and they have also been said to be the "Homeless Generation". If women's equality is sanctioned, why not employees' equality as well. Why with the hidden agenda of inequality amongst the millennials especially in lowering their salaries. The millennials did not ask to be a "scapegoat" but it seems they have been indoctrinated to suffer just like that of "Baby Boomers". How about the X-Generation who did not undergo such suffering? Are they not raking in huge profits and pretty much enjoying their life during such an economic turmoil? Indeed, if there is a pressing need to understand the Millennials, why not try to discuss with them in an honest disposition? In short, Millennials are neither lazy nor unproductive as alleged. They are just smart casual yet witty in their way of life.
